Base Compensation: $90-$135K
Initiate and present effective tax planning strategies for a wide range of business entities and organizations that engage in global commerce, cross-border transactions or have income from foreign sources.
•
• Prepare foreign tax provisions for multi-national entities
• Research the ramifications of proposed transactions and report on foreign tax regulations trends and developments.
• Regularly interact with clients to ascertain their needs and build value.
• Provide oversight and direction to professional staff in the delivery of tax services.
• Actively participate in Firm initiatives including marketing committees, professional organizations, prospective client proposals, CPE, and career coach programs
Qualifications
• CPA
• Master’s degree in Tax
• Candidates should have five to seven years experience in international taxation with an emphasis on research and compliance (Forms 5471, 5472, 8804/5, 8858, 8865, 1120-F, 1118 and 1116) and accounting for income tax.
• Significant experience with Forms 1120, 1065, 1120-S and 1040.
• Experience in planning, analyzing and documenting outbound and inbound U.S. and international tax issues is desirable.
• Significant experience in international taxation is required.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Proficiency in on-line research.
• Familiarity with ProFx is a plus.
