We have partnered with a growing global manufacturer in the Franklin MA area who is on a search for a mid-level Financial Analyst to add to their group. This is an exciting high-visibility role with a global comany that offers growth!

This role with be supporting their RD&E organization, and the position provides accounting, analysis, reporting, budget & forecast support to the comnpany. The Financial Analyst will be directly responsible for helping the operational directors analyze the business and initiate change through the strategic use of information.

General Responsibilities:

-Month end close (including all aspects of the general ledger, accounting, consolidation, analysis of results, development of quarterly forecasts, tracking & monitoring of monthly expenses).
-Quarterly software capitalization, analysis and accounting
-This position requires a blend of solid accounting and financial analysis
-Capital & Inventory experience
-Responsible for the creation of departmental expense budgets, reporting and analyzing actual results versus budget, and helping management track to budget
-Ad hoc reporting and analysis

Qualifications:

-Candidate should possess a BS in Finance/Accounting with a minimum of 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience in a publicly traded company, preferably in a manufacturing environment
-This position requires organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality/timely output and continuous improvement
-SAP/BW preferred with advanced data management/Excel skills (pivots & V-lookups)
-Must be able to work closely in a team environment, and have the communication skills and poise to do so effectively
-Seeking a self starter who can initiate and complete projects on a timely basis
