
Private equity investment banking and trading firm seeks experienced Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant for its Greenwich, CT office.
Required:
* 3-5 years experience in the Accounting and Finance.
* Preferably experience in Financial Services industry.
* Advanced knowledge and experience working with QuickBooks.
* Accounts Payable experience.
* Experience performing bank reconciliations
* Working experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Degree in Finance or Accounting
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing journal entries in QuickBooks
* Performing Accounts Payable duties
* Performing bank reconciliations
* Reconciling of general ledger accounts
* Preparing general ledger supporting schedules
* Analyzing Accounting issues
* Perform general accounting duties
