The firm, a highly successful Investment Bank has an immediate opening for a Senior Accounting Manager.
The individual will be the Senior Accounting Manager for the Financial Control Team, responsible for all financial control matters associated with the firm, including financial reporting under US GAAP and Group reporting purposes, regulatory reporting to the SEC and other regulatory bodies in addition to reporting to the business units and senior management committees.
Required Background:
*Bachelor Degree is required, Masters a plus
*Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience with a mix of public accounting, having audited broker-dealers and private industry
*CPA Certified
The candidate must be highly comfortable working independently in a less structured and fast paced atmosphere.
